The Pearl is a great quality controlled factory manufactured modular studio unit that is delivered to site and put in position in less than an hour by our site team.

It comes ready to move in and have a cup of tea, the modern kitchenette comes with overhead cupboards, has a stone bench top, microwave, bar fridge and washing machine.

​

Bathroom has a ceramic wc back to wall, shower with sliding door, vanity unit with stone top and above the basin is a  opening mirrored cabinet.

​

A great space-saver and really convenient we have also included an in-wall drop-down king size bed which has a robe cupboard on either side of bed.

​

To complete the internal comfort and fitout, air conditioning  is also included.

​

Site preparation is done weeks in advance of delivery where we install the pad footings, plumbing and electrical in the ground to the site location all ready for delivery day where it should then just be a quick and straight forward connection to services.

Our modular unit is ready to live in the moment we leave site... yes the same day we deliver.

We provide a total turnkey solution to your new revenue stream, studio or relative accommodation with a fixed price that is confirmed after a site evaluation.

 

Providing the modular unit site is within 10 metres of connection points for sewer, water and electrical. That trenching these services is clear and un-obstructed, that access to the location site where our crane can situate itself and lift unit off our delivery truck and place in position safely. Providing that there are no other site constraints that can cause an installation issue.

 

For an ideal site described as above ... we can do the whole lot for a fixed price of only $ 79,500.

Ordinarily we supply, deliver and install on site one of our Pearl modular units 4 weeks from order - but due to popular demand we currently have a waiting list and turnaround of about 3 months from order. Our queue of clients are treated on a first come first served basis.
